Effective logo design requires creating an image that is unique to a concept/product/etc. using familiar componants.
It is also important for the logo to be recognizable at different scales, from business cards to billboards.
Going for the obvious, I used the first letter of each word as the basis of the logo.
Using lower case letters allowed me to go for another obvious design element, symmetry.
As a novelty interpretation, it just so happens that an elephant, an object of some weight, can be derived as a mascot for gRAVITY pRODUCTIONS by the addition of a few details.
